I am a trustee of Shetland Cat Rescue and live in North Roe. I have been a cat lover for many years and a volunteer with cat charities in the UK and Spain, doing fostering, fundraising, Trap Neuter & Return (TNR) etc. I live with my partner and cats – Woolly, Oso & Noah (who came back from Spain with us) + Millie & Lola (our two Shetland cats). I enjoy walking around the stunning Shetland scenery.

After moving to Shetland, from Yorkshire in 2024, I was thrilled to get involved with Shetland Cat Rescue. I’ve always been passionate about animal welfare and have worked in wildlife rescue in Canada and in veterinary care in the UK. It’s great to be part of such a caring team, helping cats across the islands.
